We always buy the crispy para. The flavor of Crispy Pata is rich, savory, and indulgent. The pork's natural flavor is enhanced by the marinating process, which typically includes soy sauce, garlic, and other spices. The fried skin offers a perfect crispy, salty crunch that contrasts beautifully with the tender, juicy meat inside.

This is our go-to spot for the best crispy pata, especially when we need to impress at a potluck. It's so good that I don't even have a photo to share--it's always the first dish to be devoured, with the perfectly crispy, deep-fried skin being the star of the show. We always get it chopped and ready to enjoy. Ate Fe and Uncle Tito (forgive me, I forgot his name) are always warm and accommodating, making the experience even better. The place is clean and stocked with a variety of chichirya, perfect for pulutan. They also serve a great selection of turo-turo style ulam. Highly recommend stopping by!

A small store located along springs rd in vallejo. They are very well known for their crispy pata (deep fried pork hock) which i would say we have ordered so many times and the flavor and quality is consistent. They also have fried pork head and fried whole chicken which are also good. each of these three items range from 20-29$ which can be shared with 4-5 people. I always call in ahead to reserve my order as there were days that they may ran out of their fried items.

Thank you Ms Fe! I ordered several menus from them and my visitors loved most of them. Their pork sisig, lumpia Shanghai , fresh lumpia and sotanghon were the bomb. You should try their other ulam!
